Fish considers herself the ugly duckling in her family, having always being compared to her three slimmer sisters. Despite this, she is the smallest girl in the group of contestants. While Fish knows that her smaller size may work against her, she believes that her weight has affected her just as much as any other obese person.
Currently unemployed, she left her job five months ago to care for her elderly mother who suffers from diabetes and inspired her to join the show. She has also always wanted to be a stewardess, but found that her weight prohibited her from getting her dream job. She is currently in a relationship of seven years, and wants to lose weight not only to gain back her self confidence and get her dream job, but also to look beautiful in a wedding dress one day!
She is one of four girls in her loving and supportive family but feels left out when her three skinnier sisters share clothes and exercise routines. Her favourite foods are nasi lemak and creamy smoked salmon pasta, which she says she will miss when she joins the show. She is, however, determined to stick to her guns and work hard to become Asia’s next Biggest Loser.
