Step ups

A dynamic exercise to work the upper legs and bottom

Choose a step or bench that is a comfortable height to step up onto. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and pointing straight ahead.

Step your right foot up onto the step. Lift your left foot up next to it so you are standing on the bench.

Lower the right leg back down to the floor and bring the left one to join it.

Repeat, leading with the left leg.
