Wake up to the summer flavours of this tasty smoothie – choose your favourite berries, a ripe banana, some fruit yoghurt, whizz and you’re ready to go!
Ingredients

Banana, 1 medium (180g with skin), roughly chopped
Frozen mixed berries, 0.75 cup(s)
Low-fat milk, 1% fat, 1 cup(s)
Diet yoghurt, fruit flavoured, 100 g
Honey, 1 teaspoon(s), optional

Cooking instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender together with six ice cubes and process until smooth (around 30 seconds). Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve.
