A light and colourful breakfast. Add any combination of nuts and seeds.
Ingredients

Rolled oats, raw, 1.5 cup(s)
Tap water, 1.5 cup(s)
Apple, any type, 1 medium, grated
Diet yoghurt, vanilla flavour, 1 200g tub(s)
Walnuts, 0.25 cup(s), roughly chopped
Honey, 2 tablespoon(s)
Ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon(s)
Pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoon(s)

Cooking instructions

Soak the oats in the water overnight. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve topped with seasonal fruit.
