Ingredients

Muesli, untoasted, 60 g
Low-fat yoghurt, vanilla, 200 g
Frozen mixed berries, 100 g

Cooking instructions

Place in half a tub of yoghurt each into the bottom of the glasses, top with half the berries and half the muesli. Repeat  to get a layered effect in the glass.

*Note: Choose a muesli that is low in fat and sugar and contains a good mix of dried fruit, bran and nuts. Frozen berries can be replaced with fresh when in season.
